This site is a revolving, blog-style work of fiction, written by Matt Mitchell. Using a cast of fictional characters, the story will evolve in the modern-day and blend factual and fictional circumstances and events. The history of the island is gathered from speculation of the current residents. Apologies to those residents of the real Innerarity, Florida, an actual place which has no resemblance whatsoever (except in name and location) to the Innerarity of these stories.
Why write these stories? This is an experiment of fiction writing in the Age of the Internet. And because it’s a fun bunch of characters, who just happen to be modern-day pirates.
